As a Business Analyst at Bergmen Consulting we will work with senior management at leading airlines to translate complex business problems, needs, and constraints, into realistic, business solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop relationship with business leaders and constantly learn about their vision and long-term goals.
  • Translate problems, needs. and constraints into solution requirements.
  • Document and methodically organize detailed requirements.
  • Work side by side with project managers and QA leads to ensure completeness and quality of deliverables.
  • Contribute in developing Bergmen Consulting's toolbox to capture and ensure traceability of requirements.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years in IT as a business analyst, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complexity.
  • Strong attention to details.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT (or equivalent).
Other Info
  • Working remotely is usually OK.
  • May require up to 80% traveling on certain engagements.
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in Europe.
