As a New Business Analyst, you will be working with consulting directors and the Director of New Business to develop the visibility of Bergmen Consulting and its offering among airlines. You will be asked to come up with marketing tactics, run their execution and assess their effectiveness.

We make sure our interns play a real role in the organization and learn a lot. We do not hesitate to challenge them out of their confort zone.

Combining solid industry knowledge, IT delivery expertise and engineering capabilities, our consultants work as one to successfully bring critical initiatives and transformation efforts to the finish line, from strategy setting thru execution.

Responsibilities
  • Refine marketing plan. Fine tune mix of marketing tactics, exectution plan, and budget.
  • Brainstorm ideas to generate and approach leads and prospects.
  • Search for conferences and seminars to raise awareness of the organization.
  • Assist in executing direct mail campaigns and other marketing events.
  • Extract and analyze stats to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze Web site trends and other social network activities.
  • Refine and maintain database of potential customers.
  • Help reshape sales system to track and follow up on business opportunities.
Requirements
  • Interested in Marketing, Promotions and Sales.
  • Ideally BA in one of these fields.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw pertinent conclusions.
  • Ability to propose ideas and voice his/her opinion.
  • Must be willing to learn and move out of his/her comfort zone.
  • Must be positive / enthusiastic.
Other Info
  • 2-3 month fall/winter internship.
  • 20 hrs a week.
  • Working remotely is OK.
