As a Web, Senior Business Analyst at Bergmen Consulting you will join project teams to help leading organizations revamp or enhance large websites. You will work with senior business and IT leaders to capture and articulate the scope, needs and constraints of complex web initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Identify all business and IT stakeholders.
  • Constantly learn about customers' business and long-term goals.
  • Capture customers' vision and long-term goals.
  • Lead use case and requirement discovery sessions.
  • Suggest features and design ideas to enhancement user experience.
  • Translate needs into solution requirements.
  • Document and methodically organize detailed requirements.
  • Work side by side with project managers and QA leads to ensure completeness and quality of deliverables.
  • Contribute in developing a solid system to capture and trace requirements.
  • Mentor junior business analysts.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years in IT as a Web business analyst, preferably in the airline industry.
  • Solid mobile experience is a big plus.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complexity.
  • Ability to provide smart solutions to complex issues.
  • Ability to learn new systems fast.
  • Strong attention to details. Think about this unthinkable.
  • Strong writing and oral skills.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Enjoy inspiring others.
  • Degree in computer science or equivalent.

  • Based in the Greater New York City area.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
  • Authorized to work in the US.
